We like to keep it simple and we hope that this website is a demonstration of that. We won't overload you with jargon or gimmicks and we are more than happy to have a chat, even after hours with our "Book a call back" service.

CONGRATULATIONS on getting your plan! It should be simple from here, but what is Plan Management?
When you receive supports from a service provider, they will need to get paid.
Some service providers are registered with the NDIS and can claim payment directly from the NDIS, but some are not and will ask you for payment. Often your service providers will be a mix of registered and none registered providers.
The easiest thing for you to do is to simply send us (or in most instances get your service provider to send us) all your invoices. That is all you have to do!
Then, as Plan Managers we will submit the invoices to the NDIA and when receive the NDIA payment, we will pay your service provider.
At the end of each month we will keep you up to date by sending you a summary of your plan showing how much you have spent and how much you have left.
